DPCM is a free community messaging system for the Dyfed-Powys area, that allows you to register to receive the latest crime notifications and community news happening in your local neighbourhood.
DPCM allows you to decide when and how you are kept informed about the issues that matter to you: I include, below, a brief precis outlining how the scheme operates: -
The information provided by applicants is secure and confidential. Applicants details will not be passed on to any commercial organisations.
DPCM is a free and simple to use alert system, open to all ages and all areas of Dyfed-Powys.
This system is designed to help you get the information you want, the way you want it, by phone, text, email or app.
Applicants can register more than one address to receive updates about. E.g. Home location and work place.
Applicants can choose the topics that interest them - from community safety to rural crime.
Members can learn about community groups, events or meetings happening in their area.
Members can manage their account online – you can change what information you receive and unsubscribe at any time if required.
Please note that in order to register or log on to the system, you will need to have access to the internet. Those without internet access, but wishing to enrol, can get a friend or family member, who does have access, to register for them.
