Tree Preservation Orders and Trees in Conservation Areas
The County Council website now provides access to the local planning authorities records of Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) and conservation areas through a spatial map. Further information on protected trees and access to the spatial map is available here:

Please note that Bannau Brycheiniog falls outside the jurisdiction of Powys Local Planning Authority, for any trees within that area, please contact the National Park directly.
This web page has been added to contain details of new TPOs (issued from 2023 onwards).
Older/historic Orders should be obtained from Powys County Council.
